  • Brand identity for a publishing company.
    Design 4 book covers that should fit together in a book series, produce the inlay for one of them and bind that book by hand.

    My idea came from looking at Swedish literature about the subject graphic design. I wanted to make Swedish educational books that focus on the visual design field more eye-catching, interesting and inspiring.

The design and layout of the books were inspired by Swiss Design and philosophy. Free from ornamentation and guided by the ethos that design should be as invisible as possible. The idea of deleting all traces of the designer’s subjectivity in order to let the “content” of the work shine through – focusing on information, felt like a great fit for educational books.
